Study II — Scratch Wound Healing Assay

The purpose of the study is to evaluate the action of the new hyaluronic acid at 6 hours, in order to verify its efficacy, persistence and activity on HCE tissues (in vitro corneal tissues). The analysis, conducted according to the "Scratch Wound Healing Assay" protocol, allows the influence of the drug on tissue re-epithelialization capacity to be estimated.
